Online Payment Solutions

The Questions and Notifications system is an Internet based Suspense/Diary system that allows insurance
carriers and MGAs to send, receive and track notifications and requests for information online. Any
questions or notifications issued from your own policy management system are interfaced into our online system.
Your company and agents can view and respond to all requests for information from a single source rather
than tracking multiple paper requests. Questions and Notifications can be sorted by type, status, required
response date, subject, date issued or policy number. Your company can also create new requests or second
and final requests. Printable copies of the question or notification can also be printed on your letterhead.

Claims Center
Using the ACORD format, this feature provides an efficient means for insurance agent/brokers and insured
customers to file their claim online. The claim information is stored electronically and can be interfaced
into your claims processing system. This browser-based entry form is efficient and easy to use. Much of the
information in the First Notice of Loss form is pre-filled with policy information from the InformINS
Policy Center, so that users only have to enter details related to a particular loss.
